1). Open the Velcro fastening.

2). Insert the separate palm stay into the opening provided.

3). Slip the support is down the hand so that the wrist is enclosed pressure free, in the profile inserts.

4). The support is correctly positioned when the small oval cut-out in the profile insert is over the ulnar condyle.

5). Finally close the velcro fastening.

6).To remove the support, grasp the end of the support(the part farthest from the body)near the silicone insert and pull off the hand.
